Ordering:

Please order your sets in ADVANCE. Standard processing time is 2-4 days. This is to ensure that you receive high quality nail designs. Orders are processed in the manner of which they were purchased. 

Sizing Kits:

Ensure that you have indicated the exact nail shape, length and sizes on your kits. All reference photos are to be sent prior to purchasing your sizing kits.

Please ensure that the sizing kits (including nails) are returned upon delivery or pickup. This is done to keep your sizes on record for future purchases. 

Note: You will not be charged for the collection of your sizing kits.

Payment:

Cash on Delivery: Full payment is required upon delivery or pickup. Please indicate prior to collection if change is required.

Online Bank Transfer: Full payment is required before collection of your sizing kits or nail sets. If paying via online bank transfer, kindly provide proof of payment via DM or email. If payment has not been received, you will be notified. If payment still has not been received after 4 business days of being notified, and you have not made an agreement to pay cash, your order will NOT be processed. 

Delivery:

Please ensure that you are on time for the collection of your sizing kits and nail sets. A leeway time of 30 minutes after agreed upon collection time is given as we understand some circumstances are out of our control. If you still have not collected your kit or nail set after the leeway time, you will need to reschedule for a new collection date and time.

Returns:

Due to sets being customized for each client whether by size or design, you are NOT allowed to return a set. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of your order being placed. If you wish to cancel an order, kindly send us a DM or email, with your order number, indicating that you wish to cancel your order.

Additional Charges:

You will be charged for the following:

• Delivery to West Bay & Bodden Town - $3.00
• Delivery to North Side & East End - $5.00
• Damaged, not returned, missing nails to Sizing Kit - $3.00
