What is your processing time?

Processing time is 2-4 days as each set is hand-painted.

How long will my nail sets last?

Sets can last 1-2 weeks with proper application and care.

Is the sizing kit necessary?

I highly recommend that first time clients purchase a sizing kit. These give a more accurate measurement of the nails. These are to be purchased prior to purchasing your sets.

What is included in your nail prep kits?

Our nail prep kit contains:

• Cuticle Pusher
• Alcohol Wipes
• Nail Glue
• Nail Tabs (Optional)
• Instructions

Each order also comes with a complimentary bottle of cuticle oil and nail scrubber brush.

How do I pay?

We accept cash upon delivery and online bank transfers.

Do you offer refunds?

No. We do not offer refunds as each set is custom painted and sized. Please ensure all details and measurements are correct upon pleasing your order.
